1.Course Enrollment

Once a student enrolls in a driving school course, a seat is reserved and instructional resources are allocated. By enrolling, the student agrees to the terms of this refund policy.

2.Registration Fee

Any registration or administrative fee is non-refundable, as it covers enrollment processing and course setup.

3.Course Withdrawal & Refunds

• Before the course start date: A full refund will be issued minus the non-refundable registration/administrative fee.
• After the course has started:

  Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis, depending on the portion of the course completed.

Example: Made a full payment course and started online class but not doing the In-Car lessons will pay half of the course or refund.

• After substantial completion of the course:

  No refunds will be issued once a significant portion of the course has been completed, online classes or completion of required in-car lessons.

4.In-Car Driving Lessons (Course Package)

• Lessons already completed are non-refundable.
• Any unused in-car lessons may be refunded if the student withdraws early, calculated at the regular per-lesson rate.

5.Missed Classes Online & Lessons

• Missed in-online sessions or driving lessons without proper notice are non-refundable.
• Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.

6.School-Initiated Cancellations

If a class or lesson is cancelled by the driving school, the student will be offered:

• A rescheduled session at no extra cost, or
• A full refund for the cancelled portion if rescheduling is not possible.

7.Course Expiry

Courses must be completed within [6–12] months from the date of enrollment. Any unused portions after the expiry period are non-refundable.

8.Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
• Please allow 7–14 business daysfor processing.

9. Policy Acknowledgment

Enrollment in the driving school course confirms the student’s understanding and acceptance of this refund policy.
